The staff members were professional and kind.
I was disheartened to find cigarette burns on the bedspread and a lingering smell of smoke in my room. It was alarming to notice baby roaches crawling around. There were no closets or hangers for my clothes.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building short walk to eating places & shopping, restaurants, and stores nearby. Exceptional staff and quick to respond. Perfectly clean rooms, such great stay for the price! A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent, amazing location in a nice area.

The location was perfect for checking out places like Fairfield Bay Marina and the Showboat Theater. The staff was friendly and quick to help us out when needed. The rooms were comfortable enough for our stay.
One downside was the sticky floors in the common areas, made navigating a bit less pleasant.
